These Terms govern your use of imbizcorp.com, provided to users worldwide by IM Business Platform Co., Ltd., a corporation established in the Republic of Korea.
When you access the service, Cloudflare's global network processes connection information. Country or approximate-region information derived from your IP address may be used to recommend a locale. Site search terms and content entered into browser tools are not sent to servers. Visit information processed on pages with analytics or advertising enabled is separate from this input and is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The site currently uses GA4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance. The Privacy Policy explains the pages covered and information processed. Inquiries are received at the email address listed on the Contact page. The Company reviews them and replies by email. The site does not currently provide an inquiry submission feature. Advertising, game ranking submissions, and WebSocket chat are not yet available. Reading these Terms or using the site does not constitute any separate consent required for personal information processing.
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Service set out the conditions of use and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users. The provider is a legal entity based in the Republic of Korea, IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). The Company provides articles and materials, browser-based tools, locale features, and any features actually introduced in the future through imbizcorp.com to users worldwide (collectively, the “Service”).
Article 2 Definitions
The following definitions apply in these Terms.
- Company means IM Business Platform Co., Ltd., established under the laws of the Republic of Korea, which creates, operates, and publishes the Service. Its Representative Director is Kim, Woo-Kyum, and its business registration number is 242-87-00487. Its e-commerce registration number is 2026-Seoul-Gangnam-05992, issued by Gangnam-gu Office, Seoul. Its registered address is B-04, 63 Dosan-daero 1-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06027, Republic of Korea. Its telephone number is +82 70 7135 1114.
- “Service” means the content, tools, games, and supporting features provided on imbizcorp.com and related web pages where the Company states that these Terms apply.
- “User” means anyone who visits or uses the Service, regardless of country of access, residence, nationality, or device.
- “Content” means articles, explanations, images, diagrams, videos, data, and other materials published on the Service.
- “Tool” means a feature of the Service that performs calculations, conversions, searches, analysis, or similar operations in a user's web browser.
- “Locale” means a Service setting that determines both the display language and country or regional formats.
- “Local storage technology” means technology that keeps settings on a user's device, such as browser storage or cookies necessary for the Service to operate.
- “Interactive feature” means a feature that sends or receives information over a network, such as personal rankings, leaderboards, or WebSocket chat.
- “User Content” means nicknames, chat messages, profile information, and other material users send or display through future interactive features.
Article 3 Scope and acceptance
- These Terms apply between the Company and users of the Service worldwide.
- The Company publishes these Terms so that users can easily review them. Whether they form part of an agreement and are effective depends on the notice and consent procedures provided to users and on applicable law. Visiting the site alone is not treated as express consent to every provision. Where separate consent is required, the applicable procedure will be followed.
- You must not use the Service if, under the laws that apply to you, you lack the legal capacity to accept these Terms or are prohibited from using the Service.
- These Terms do not restrict consumer rights, personal information protection rights, access to courts, or other rights mandatorily protected in your habitual residence or place of Service use.
- Separate terms or operating policies displayed for a particular feature supplement these Terms only for that feature. If they conflict, the separate terms clearly disclosed to you take precedence for that feature, but cannot override mandatory law or the essential protections in these Terms.
Article 4 Publication and changes to these Terms
- The Company posts these Terms, its legal name, and contact methods on the Service so that you can check them at any time.
- The Company writes these Terms clearly and accessibly, and makes important provisions, such as use restrictions, liability, and information handling, easy to identify.
- When revising these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date, reasons, and principal changes at least seven days in advance. Material or unfavorable changes will generally be announced in an easily understandable way at least 30 days in advance.
- Where the law requires express consent or a change alters an essential part of an existing agreement, the Company will obtain the necessary consent separately, rather than treating silence or access alone as acceptance.
- Revised Terms apply prospectively from the announced effective date. Rights and obligations that arose before that date remain governed by the Terms then in effect, unless applicable law or an agreement between the parties provides otherwise.
Article 5 What the Service provides
The following list distinguishes current services from possible future features. Planned features are not available until their actual launch is announced.
- Informational content — Articles and explanatory materials on IT, networks, security, work, and other topics
- Browser tools — Features that perform calculations, conversions, searches, analysis, and similar operations on your device
- Web games — Browser games and supporting features that may be introduced later. They are not currently available; their conditions will be provided at launch.
- Locale features — Recommending a suitable locale for your access region and applying your chosen locale on your next visit
- Interactive features — Personal rankings, leaderboards, WebSocket chat, and comparable features whose future launch and detailed conditions the Company announces separately
Article 6 Conditions of use and minors
- Currently published general content and browser tools are available without registration or login. Future interactive features may require separate identifiers or procedures needed to operate them.
- The Service is generally free at present. If paid features, paid digital products, prize promotions, or competitions are introduced, the Company will separately state prices, payment and refund terms, eligibility, and reward conditions before use.
- You are responsible for the devices, browser, connectivity, and communication charges needed to use the Service.
- Minors must obtain a legal guardian's consent before using the Service where required by the laws that apply to them.
- Before introducing a feature that processes the personal information of children or minors, the Company will establish the age-verification, guardian-consent, and protection measures required by applicable law.
Article 7 Global availability and locales
- The Service is published for worldwide access. However, the availability of some Content or features may vary because of national laws, sanctions, connectivity, licensing, or technical reasons.
- On a first visit, or a visit with no locale information, the Company may use the country or approximate region derived from the connection's IP address to recommend a locale likely to be suitable.
- An IP-based locale is only a suggestion to help you choose a language, not a way to establish your precise location. A VPN, proxy, mobile network, or network configuration may cause it to differ from your actual location.
- Your chosen locale takes precedence over automatic recommendations. You can use the Service's locale menu to switch to another locale at any time.
- Your locale choice determines only the display language and regional formats. It does not determine your nationality, address, habitual residence, legal status, or contracting party.
- Translation coverage and update timing may differ by locale. Where there is a material version difference, the Company will identify it and the reference version in the relevant translation.
Article 8 Cloudflare and connection information
- The Company uses the Cloudflare global network and related services for hosting, content delivery, performance, and security.
- When you access the Service, web requests may pass through Cloudflare. This may involve processing your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, HTTP headers, device and browser information, and connection information needed for security and routing.
- The Company may use country or approximate-region information derived from your IP address for locale recommendations. Cloudflare may process connection information for hosting, delivery, performance, abuse prevention, and security.
- Because Cloudflare operates a global infrastructure, connection information may be processed outside the country from which you access the Service. The legal basis for cross-border transfers of personal information, information transferred, countries, recipients, and retention periods are disclosed as required by law in the Privacy Policy.
- This Article does not constitute blanket consent to the processing of personal information. Where the law requires a separate notice or consent, the Company will follow the required procedures through the Privacy Policy and the relevant feature screen.
Article 9 Browser-only processing and what is not transmitted
Search terms, text, files, and other content entered in the site search box or browser tools are processed in your browser. The Company does not send or store this input on its servers, with Cloudflare, or with analytics or advertising providers.
- The no-transmission policy in this Article applies to inputs in general search and browser-based tools. For the traffic analytics already in use and any advertising introduced later, our operating policy is not to include search queries, tool inputs, or file contents in request URLs, request bodies, or analytics events.
- This principle does not mean that the Company does not process connection information needed for access or visit information from analytics or advertising enabled under the Privacy Policy. Sending the page language and request path is different from sending content you enter into a tool.
- If the Company introduces a feature that requires transmitting input, such as a server query, an external API, or artificial intelligence, it will clearly state the information sent, recipient, purpose, and whether it is retained on the feature screen before execution, and obtain any legally required consent.
- If you send an inquiry to the email address listed on the Contact page, your email and the information it contains are processed by the email service the Company uses to review and respond to inquiries. This is separate from this Article's no-transmission policy for search and tool inputs and follows the inquiry-processing rules in the Privacy Policy. When you follow external links or use separate interactive features, information needed for their operation may be transmitted, subject to Articles 12 and 15 and the relevant feature notices.
- The Company applies reasonable safeguards to maintain browser-only processing. It cannot, however, control the risk of malware, browser extensions, or third-party software on your device accessing your input.
Article 10 Saving your locale choice
- To apply your chosen locale on your next visit, the Company may keep that setting in your browser or on your device using local storage technology.
- The locale setting is used to remember your language-country code and display the appropriate page. It is not itself used as an identifier to establish your identity or build a behavioral profile.
- You can change the setting in the locale menu and delete it by clearing your browser's site data.
- If you clear stored preferences or use private browsing, a new browser, or another device, IP-based locale recommendations may appear again. The Company does not currently offer account-based synchronization of locale preferences across devices.
- The types, names, purposes, and retention periods of the storage technologies actually used are described in the Privacy Policy or cookie notice.
Article 11 Web games and future rankings
- Each game's on-screen notice states whether it runs locally or includes network features. For games with no stated network features, input and progress information are processed in the browser.
- Personal rankings or leaderboards become available only when the feature is actually provided on the Service and its launch is announced.
- Before you use a ranking feature, the Company will disclose the scores, game results, nicknames or identifiers transmitted, public visibility, principal ranking criteria, retention periods, and deletion methods.
- The feature screen will clearly distinguish whether rankings are visible to other users or only to you.
- To protect fair rankings and Service security, the Company may detect manipulation, automated play, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and abnormal records. After reasonable verification, it may withhold, correct, or delete those records or restrict use of the feature.
- Rankings, scores, and badges do not represent cash, property value, prizes, or guaranteed rewards unless separate competition or promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
Article 12 Future WebSocket chat and User Content
WebSocket chat is a real-time feature that may be introduced in the future. It is not an available feature until actually launched. Even after launch, it must not be used for confidential communications or emergency reporting.
- When you start chat, messages, nicknames, channel information, and technical information needed for communications and security may be sent in real time to systems operated by the Company or its designated processing providers while the connection remains open.
- Before you use chat, the Company will disclose its audience, whether messages are stored and for how long, reporting, blocking and deletion methods, and whether review is automated or manual, both on screen and in the Privacy Policy.
- You must not post illegal information, material that infringes others' rights, content that violates personal information rights, harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, obscene material, spam, malware, or anything that compromises Service safety.
- Rights in User Content generally remain with the user or the lawful rights holder.
- You grant the Company a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to transmit, display, reproduce, temporarily store, reformat, review for security, and handle reports about User Content, only for the duration and to the extent needed to operate the Service. This license does not include the right to sell User Content independently or use it in advertising beyond the purpose of providing the Service.
- The Company may, on reasonable grounds, hide or delete User Content or restrict its transmission if it violates law, these Terms, or published operating policies. In an urgent safety situation, it may act first and explain the reasons afterward.
- You may report violating content or request a review of an action through reporting or blocking features or the contact page.
- Other participants may copy or share messages outside the chat. Do not post passwords, financial information, precise locations, identification-document details, or other sensitive personal information.
Article 13 Your responsibilities
You must use the Service lawfully and safely. You must not:
- Infringe others' copyright, personal information rights, reputation, trade secrets, or other rights
- Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization, or probe for or exploit Service vulnerabilities without authorization
- Violate published robots instructions, access restrictions, or reasonable request rates in ways that generate excessive automated requests or server load
- Bypass security, access, or regional restrictions, or disrupt the Service's normal operation
- Manipulate scores, rankings, or statistics, or interfere with others' normal gameplay
- Impersonate the Company, its officers or employees, or other users, or misrepresent your affiliation or authority
- Transmit malware, spam, fraudulent information, harassment, or material that endangers safety
- Improperly copy, analyze, or alter the Service's source code, safeguards, or data beyond legally permitted interoperability research, quotation, or lawful use
Article 14 Intellectual property rights and permissions
- Rights in the Service's Content, software, designs, compilations, trademarks, and logos belong to the Company or the lawful third-party rights holder.
- Users who comply with these Terms may use the Service for personal purposes or lawful business purposes. This does not grant the right to copy or resell the Service itself, nor does it transfer the Company's intellectual property rights to users. Materials subject to third-party rights are also governed by their applicable terms of use.
- Without prior permission from the Company or rights holder, you must not copy, redistribute, or sell Content or software in bulk, or create and commercially offer a substantially identical service.
- These Terms do not restrict quotation, fair use, reporting, research, interoperability, or other use rights permitted by law. Where attribution is required, provide imbizcorp.com and a link to the relevant page in a reasonable manner.
- Where open-source software or third-party material carries a separate license, that license takes precedence for that material.
- Article 12 governs rights in User Content and the limited license granted to the Company.
Article 15 External services, links, and advertising
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics currently provide traffic and performance analytics. AdSense code is installed and under review; ads are not served before approval. The Privacy Policy explains advertising cookies and choices for opting out of personalized advertising. A certified CMP is planned after approval, and the consent mode default for the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland is denied. Analytics, advertising, and consent management are separate functions. The Service may include links or features connecting to external websites, APIs, videos, or other resources.
- External services may be subject to their operators' terms and privacy policies. However, selecting an external service or entrusting personal information processing to it does not remove the Company's applicable legal responsibilities, including notice, consent, and safeguards.
- Selecting an external link or running an external feature may send the information needed for that request to an outside provider. Separately enabled analytics and advertising tags may send requests when you open a page, even without clicking a link. The Company discloses the data items, purposes, recipients, and choices in the Privacy Policy.
- The Company is not a party to transactions between you and third parties reached through advertisements or external links. Responsibility for those transactions rests with the parties concerned, except to the extent applicable law imposes responsibility on the Company.
- Analytics and advertising, automatic collection technologies such as cookies, cross-border processing, and user choices are governed by the Privacy Policy. On Korean and English pages, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and contact pages do not currently use GA4, but they do use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent to personal information processing required by law. Processing that requires consent must offer a lawful choice procedure or be restricted.
Article 16 Service changes, suspension, and restrictions
- The Company may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for quality improvements, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or technical or operational needs.
- Changes with a material impact on users and permanent discontinuation will be announced on the Service with reasonable advance notice. Where advance notice is impracticable, such as during a security incident, outage, or urgent legal request, notice will be given as soon as possible after action is taken.
- If you violate Article 12 or 13 or threaten Service safety, the Company may delete content, restrict features, or block access in proportion to the nature and risk of the violation.
- For nonurgent restrictions, the Company will generally explain the reasons and scope and provide an opportunity to correct the issue. After urgent action, it will also explain the reasons to the extent not prohibited by law or security requirements.
- You can request an explanation or review of a restriction or content action through the inquiry channel in Article 18. You can send inquiries to the email address listed on the Contact page. For personal information rights requests, you may use the separate channel in Section 13 of the Privacy Policy.
- Changes, suspensions, and restrictions must not improperly infringe your accrued rights retroactively. The Company remains subject to its duties and liability under applicable law.
Article 17 Information, results, and liability
Content, Tool results, and game information are general information or reference materials. They do not replace professional advice tailored to your circumstances in law, medicine, tax, accounting, investment, security, or other fields.
- Before making important decisions, verify results independently against original sources, applicable standards, current laws, or advice from qualified professionals.
- The Company strives for reasonable accuracy, security, and availability. It does not guarantee error-free information, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent retention of rankings.
- If natural disasters, network outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control prevent it from fulfilling an obligation, its liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- The Company is liable in accordance with Korean law and any laws that mandatorily apply to you.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for loss caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or product, personal information, or consumer-protection liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- For loss arising from your fault, breach of these Terms, inadequate device security, or use contrary to instructions, the Company is liable only to the extent attributable to its own fault.
- Liability under this Article depends on applicable law, causation, foreseeability of loss, and each party’s fault. Providing the Service free of charge does not waive all Company liability or automatically set a zero damages cap.
Article 18 Governing law and disputes
- Please send inquiries, complaints, and disputes about the Service or these Terms to the email address listed on the Contact page. IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. will review your message and reply by email. For personal information rights requests, follow Section 13 of the Privacy Policy.
- If a dispute arises, the Company and the user will seek to resolve it through good-faith discussions based on the facts and applicable law.
- Korean law governs these Terms and the legal relationship between the Company and users.
- Despite the choice of governing law in paragraph 3, consumer-protection and personal information protection rules and other mandatory provisions in your habitual residence or the region where the Service is provided continue to apply where that choice cannot exclude them.
- Disputes not resolved through discussion will be heard by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, including Korea's Civil Procedure Act.
- These Terms do not exclude a consumer's mandatory right to use courts or dispute-resolution bodies in their own country.
Article 19 Languages, versions, and severability
- The Korean version of these Terms is the authoritative text for meaning, written and finalized by the Company.
- English and other translations are provided to help users worldwide understand these Terms. Each translation identifies the version or last revision date of its Korean source.
- If a translation differs in meaning from the Korean text, the Korean text takes precedence. However, if a mandatory law that applies to you provides otherwise, or the Company expressly guarantees the legal effect of a particular translation, that law or guarantee applies.
- If a court or competent authority finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
- Article headings and the contents list are provided for readability. They do not independently expand or narrow the rights and duties in any provision.
Supplementary provision — These Terms were first prepared on July 18, 2026. This revision takes effect on November 4, 2026.
This revision reflects the installed AdSense code and pending review, guidance on advertising cookies and opt-out choices, the planned CMP after approval, and legal entity details in the Company definition. It takes effect on November 4, 2026. Key changes are announced under the notice procedure in Article 4. New obligations or consent requirements are not imposed retroactively from the original preparation date.
The contact page explains how to send inquiries by email. For legal entity details, see company information. For personal information processing and how to exercise your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
