Start here — Key points
This policy distinguishes information needed for site connections, inputs processed in the browser, traffic and performance analytics, and inquiry information. This revision reflects the installed AdSense code and pending review, advertising cookies and personalized-advertising choices, the planned CMP, and company identification details. The policy was first prepared on July 18, 2026, and this revision takes effect on November 4, 2026. The effective date does not identify when each feature began operating. Reading the policy or using the site does not by itself constitute consent to processing that requires separate consent.
When you access the site, the Cloudflare global network processes your IP address and other necessary connection information. Country or approximate-region information derived from your connection's IP address may be used to recommend a suitable locale.
Site search queries, text, JSON, files, and calculation results entered or loaded in browser-based tools are processed on your device. The company does not use them as analytics or advertising data. Separately, analytics tags may process visited page URLs and titles, device and browser information, and performance measurements. Section 3 explains which inputs are not transmitted, and Section 8 describes the scope of analytics processing.
General articles and browser tools are currently available without registration or login. The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance. GA4 applies to pages other than the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Contact pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics applies to all Korean and English pages, including those three. Inquiries are received at the email address listed on the Contact page. The Company reviews them and replies by email. The site does not currently provide an inquiry submission feature. Advertising, game ranking submissions, and WebSocket chat are not yet available.
IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. is referred to as the Company in this policy. As a personal information controller in the Republic of Korea, the Company explains its handling of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act and applicable regional laws. Its e-commerce registration number is 2026-Seoul-Gangnam-05992, issued by Gangnam-gu Office, Seoul. Its telephone number is +82 70 7135 1114. This policy does not apply to external websites you choose to visit or services independently operated by third parties. Please read the relevant operator's policy.
Korea's Personal Information Protection Act is the baseline. Where mandatory laws in your place of residence or access grant additional rights, the Company will also apply those laws.
2. Personal information currently processed: categories, purposes, and methods
The information needed for site connectivity, security, and locale recommendations is listed below. This does not mean that we collect information your browser does not send or that the features you use do not generate. Information used for traffic and performance analytics is listed separately in Section 8.
| Purpose | Information processed | Method | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Page delivery and network connections | IP address, access date and time, requested host and path, protocol, response status, and browser-supplied User-Agent, Referer, and other HTTP headers | Automatically sent and processed when you access the site | Processing needed to deliver the page you request, to the extent the requirements for the applicable legal basis, such as performance of a contract, are met |
| Security and error handling | Connection information, Cloudflare security identifiers and rule events, and records of abnormal requests and errors | Automatically generated when security features are triggered or errors occur | To the extent that the requirements for an applicable basis are met, such as compliance with a legal obligation or legitimate interests that clearly outweigh the user’s rights |
| Locale recommendations | Country or approximate region derived from the connection's IP address | Processed on access using Cloudflare network signals | Limited processing to help you choose a language, subject to an applicable legal basis and with your own choice taking priority |
The Company does not currently require your name, date of birth, phone number, resident registration number, account, or payment information to use general content and browser tools.
Our operating policy is not to send site search queries or tool inputs in page URLs, request bodies, or analytics events. We manage external services' automatic collection settings in line with this policy. Adding analytics tags does not mean that we also collect the contents of your inputs.
Before changing a processing purpose or adding a new category of information, the Company will update this policy in accordance with applicable law and, where required, provide a separate notice or obtain consent.
3. Information processed only in your browser
Site search queries and text, code, JSON, files, and calculation results entered, pasted, or loaded in browser-based tools are processed in your browser. We do not transmit them for server storage or traffic and advertising analytics. Our policy also excludes file names, file contents, search queries, inquiry messages, and reply email addresses from analytics events.
This no-transmission policy applies to inputs in the search field and browser-based tools. Email inquiries are transmitted to and stored on the email service's servers, as described in Section 12. IP addresses, HTTP headers needed for site connectivity, and the traffic and performance measurements described in Section 8 are processed separately. Do not put personal information or confidential information directly in a page URL's query string.
The Company cannot control the browser itself, malware or extensions on your device, or software you install separately. Process sensitive information only on a trusted device and browser.
If the Company introduces a feature that requires transmitting input, such as a server query, an external API, or artificial intelligence, it will disclose the information sent, recipient, purpose, extent of disclosure, and retention period on the feature screen before execution, and provide any choices required by law.
When you follow an external link, your browser may send ordinary connection information and the referring page to that operator. This is different from the Company disclosing your site search terms or browser-tool input.
4. IP-based locale recommendations and storage of your choice
- On your first visit, or when no saved choice exists, the Company may use the country or approximate region derived from your connection's IP address to recommend a language-country locale likely to suit you.
- This information is not intended to determine your precise location or build a behavioral profile. A VPN, proxy, mobile network, or network configuration can cause it to differ from your actual location.
- A locale recommendation is not an automated decision with legal, economic, or similarly significant effects. Your chosen locale takes precedence over the recommendation, and you can change it at any time.
- To apply your choice on future visits, the service keeps only the language-country locale code in your browser using local storage technology. The current language preference cookie, ibz_lang, expires no later than one year after it is saved or reset. You can change or delete it earlier.
- The locale preference stored in your browser is not itself used as an account or advertising identifier. The language preference cookie may be sent with subsequent requests. Opening a page in your chosen language can reveal the locale through the request path and page language. On pages where GA4 is enabled, the page language may be sent as a content classification value. This is different from reading and sending the preference directly from browser storage.
- You can change the value in the locale menu or delete it by clearing your browser's site data. After deletion, IP-based recommendations may appear again.
5. Retention and deletion
| Category | Retention rule | Deletion method |
|---|---|---|
| Browser-tool input and search terms | Not retained by the Company | Processing ends in the browser or on your device |
| Locale preference | The current ibz_lang cookie expires no later than one year after it is saved or reset. You can change or delete it earlier. | Changing the locale, cookie expiration, or clearing the browser's site data |
| Connection and security records | Cloudflare manages access and security logs in accordance with the contracts and settings for the services in use, and only to the extent needed for the processing purposes. The Company does not currently download and retain separate copies of these logs. If the Company retains logs separately to respond to an outage or security incident, it retains only the necessary information and deletes it no later than three years after the logs were created. If the response is complete and retention is no longer necessary, the Company deletes the logs without delay, even before that deadline. If another law requires retention, the Company keeps only the required information, separately from other personal information, for the period specified by that law, and then deletes it. | Deleted under the product's deletion cycle, or deleted or returned when the processing arrangement ends |
| IP-derived country or region | Processed during the locale recommendation request, not retained as a separate long-term user profile. If included in connection records, the rule in the preceding row applies. | Deleted when the request ends or under the connection-record deletion cycle |
GA4 user and event data retention is separate from browser cookie expiration. This site uses Google’s available retention settings to keep user- and event-level GA4 data for no more than 14 months. New activity may restart the retention period for user data. According to Google’s documentation, GA4 cookies in the _ga family have a default expiration of two years and may be renewed on each visit. Aggregate statistics that do not identify individual users and legally required records are subject to separate retention review.
If information must be retained longer for a statutory retention duty, dispute, or security incident, it will be segregated and protected only to the extent needed for that purpose, then deleted when that reason no longer applies.
Electronic files are deleted using methods that make recovery reasonably impracticable. Information remaining in backups is kept isolated and deleted under the normal backup rotation and deletion cycle, without reuse for another purpose.
6. Personal information: disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use the external services described in Sections 7 and 8 to provide the site and analyze traffic and performance. Outsourced processing carried out on our instructions is distinct from disclosure to a third party for a provider's own purposes. The latter requires a separately established purpose, data scope, recipient, retention period, and lawful basis. Agreement to the Terms of Service does not replace any separate consent required for such disclosure.
- Where you have given prior consent after being informed of the information disclosed, recipient, purpose, and retention period
- Where specifically provided by law or required in response to a public authority's request made through lawful procedures
Processing by service providers solely for defined purposes on the Company's behalf is distinct from independent disclosures to third parties. These providers are described in Section 7.
Your choice to follow an external link and connect to another operator is not a disclosure of personal information held by the Company. That operator may process connection information under its own policy.
7. Personal information: outsourced processing and cross-border processing
To deliver the site securely and quickly worldwide, the Company engages Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, request routing, caching, performance, and security. This processing may take place outside the country from which you access the site.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Service provider and recipient | Cloudflare, Inc., and approved affiliates and subprocessors needed to provide the service |
| Address and contact information | 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA · Data Protection Officer · Company contact: imbusinessplatform@gmail.com |
| Services and purposes | Web hosting, CDN, request routing and caching, availability and performance, DDoS and abuse prevention, and security and error handling |
| Information processed | IP address, access date and time, requested host and path, protocol and HTTP headers, response status, security identifiers and events, and country or approximate region derived from the IP address. Excludes search terms and tool input processed within the browser. |
| Processing countries | Depending on the request path and products used, processing may take place outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States and the European Economic Area (EEA). This site’s data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) and Google LLC (United States), and in countries where their global data centers and subprocessors are located. The specific countries are those listed in the data center and subprocessor lists published by the two companies. |
| Timing and method | Automatically transmitted and processed over encrypted network connections whenever you access the site |
| Basis for cross-border processing | Outsourced processing and storage needed to deliver pages must have a basis that meets applicable legal requirements, including Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Even if cross-border processing and storage are necessary to perform a contract, the required disclosures and safeguards must be in place. We do not apply this basis indiscriminately to optional traffic analytics or advertising. |
| Retention rule | The retention rules in Section 5 apply to access and security logs. The deletion or return of data processed by Cloudflare is governed by the applicable service contract and data processing terms. The Company deletes data it holds directly without delay once the processing purpose has been fulfilled. If another law requires retention, the Company keeps only the required information, separately from other personal information, for the period specified by that law, and deletes it without delay when that period ends. |
| How to decline and the consequences | You can avoid the necessary network processing by discontinuing access to the site. If you decline this processing, you cannot use the site delivered through Cloudflare. |
The Company determines the purposes and scope of personal information processing for this site and is the personal information controller. Using an external service does not remove its responsibilities for provider selection, contracts, access controls, safeguards, or users’ rights. Any processing a provider carries out for its own purposes must be distinguished and disclosed under its applicable role and legal basis.
Cloudflare may store information primarily in the United States and the EEA, while user requests may be routed automatically to nearby global data centers. Actual countries can vary with request paths, products, and data-localization settings.
For current locations and the list of subprocessors, see the Cloudflare global network and the subprocessor list. For Cloudflare’s processing terms, see its Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.
The table above covers Cloudflare processing for site delivery and security. Traffic and performance analytics through the separate Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon and Google Analytics 4 may also involve cross-border processing. Relevant information is transmitted over the network on pages where analytics tags run; Section 8 describes the data and purposes. The recipients of Google Analytics 4 data are Google LLC, a US legal entity, and its affiliates. Transfer destinations are the United States and countries where Google data centers are located, and retention follows the GA4 periods in Section 8. The recipients, countries, and retention periods for Cloudflare analytics are those stated in the Cloudflare entries in the table above. Overseas transfers take place to the extent necessary to provide the service. Users can limit analytics transmissions through the refusal methods in Section 8, including browser settings and withholding consent.
8. Automatic collection technologies and your choices
| Technology | Purpose and stored value | Duration and controls |
|---|---|---|
| Browser local storage technology | Remembers your chosen language-country locale code | The current ibz_lang cookie expires no later than one year after it is saved or reset. You can delete it earlier in your browser settings. |
| Essential Cloudflare security technology | When security checks are triggered, cookies or tokens needed to identify threats or maintain session continuity may be set | Security cookies or tokens may be used when the relevant checks are needed. The site currently sets two cookies directly: ibz_lang, which remembers your chosen language for one year, and ib-suggest, which controls the language suggestion banner for 10 minutes. It does not use tokens for login or security checks. This section will be updated before the types or purposes of cookies or tokens change. |
The stored locale value is not used for personalized advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiles. Deleting it may require you to select your locale again, but general content and tools remain available.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics currently provide traffic and performance analytics. Google AdSense code is installed and the site is under review. Ads are not served before approval. A certified consent management platform (CMP) is planned after approval. The consent mode default for the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland is set to denied. Analytics, advertising, and consent management are separate functions; enabling one does not automatically provide the others.
On Korean and English pages, GA4 runs everywhere except the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and contact pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics is automatically injected by Cloudflare across all pages, including those three. The policy, terms, and contact pages are therefore not excluded from traffic and performance analytics. Connectivity, security, and locale features are separate.
8-1. Each tool's purpose and processing scope
| Tool | Purpose and information — current use or planned introduction | Storage and choice principles |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (GA4) | Currently in use. GA4 measures use of articles and tools using page addresses and titles, visit times, referral sources, browser and device information, approximate location, permitted usage events, and page language. Page language classifies content; it does not establish nationality. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. This does not mean that no IP processing occurs for connections or location estimation. | Depending on consent status and settings, cookies may be used to distinguish visits and sessions. Google lists cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, each with a default expiration of two years. Depending on the settings, expiration may be renewed on each visit. User- and event-level data is retained for no more than 14 months, and new activity may restart the retention period for user data. Inputs, file contents, inquiry messages, and reply email addresses are excluded from analytics. |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Currently in use. A separate beacon measures page visits and loading performance. It sends page paths, referrers, browser and device categories, and performance measurements to Cloudflare. This analytics feature is separate from the connectivity processing required to deliver the site. | Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies, localStorage, or browser fingerprinting. The beacon still makes network requests. Its documentation distinguishes seven-day retention of unsampled beacon data from longer-term storage of sampled data. Access to six months of data in the dashboard is not a guarantee that all data is deleted after six months. |
| Google AdSense | Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies for advertising based on earlier visits to this site or other websites. Google advertising cookies support this use by Google and its partners. This describes how advertising cookies work; this site is currently under AdSense review and does not serve ads before approval. | You can disable personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. AboutAds provides choices for opting out of personalized-advertising cookies from participating third-party vendors. These choices apply to the vendors and advertising covered by each service; they do not stop all ads or all information processing. |
| Consent management platform (CMP) | Not yet introduced. A CMP would explain analytics and advertising purposes and providers, record consent, refusal and withdrawal choices with their time and applicable policy, and pass the necessary consent status to each tool. | Values stored to remember your choices serve a different purpose from advertising identifiers. The actual CMP provider, stored data items, and retention periods will be disclosed before introduction. Using a CMP does not by itself mean that you have consented to all analytics or advertising. |
8-2. Consent, refusal, withdrawal, and regional application
Optional analytics or advertising that legally requires consent must have the required notice and consent. Acceptance of the terms or continued use of the site is not a substitute. The site does not currently provide a separate screen for managing or withdrawing analytics consent. You can submit requests concerning personal information using the contact method in Section 13. Where consent is required, a valid choice mechanism must be provided or the processing restricted.
The current GA4 tag sends a default denied state for analytics and advertising storage and related consent settings in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Consent mode communicates a consent state to tags; it is not a consent interface or a legal basis. Measurement signals without cookies may still be sent when cookie storage is denied. Processing that is not permitted before consent must therefore be blocked at the tag and request level.
A certified CMP is planned after AdSense approval and is not currently available. The consent mode default for the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland is denied. This setting does not replace a consent interface or a CMP and does not mean that all external communication is blocked. Before personalized ads are served in those regions, a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF and the required consent procedures must be in place. Google certification alone does not establish legal compliance. The applicable region is not determined solely by the page language.
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. In supported environments, you can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on does not block Cloudflare analytics, and blocking cookies alone does not stop every beacon request that operates without cookies. Deleting cookies on your device is separate from deleting information already sent to servers. Sections 9 and 13 explain how to exercise rights concerning server-held information.
8-3. Notices when the scope changes
GA4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics are used within the scope described in Section 8. Changes to the scope of analytics tools, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, will be reflected in this policy. GA4 is used only for visit and usage statistics. User- and event-level data is retained for no more than 14 months, and Google signals and ad personalization are not enabled. Enhanced measurement may collect events such as page views, scrolls, and outbound link clicks. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Consent Mode defaults to denied, restricting advertising and analytics storage before consent. When data categories or purposes change, we update this policy and the required notices and consent procedures.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance independently of GA4. GA4 is not used on the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or Contact pages, but these pages are measured through the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. The Company manages the actual analytics scope to keep it consistent with this policy.
For general information about data processing and required notices, see data collected by Google Analytics, Google consent mode, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google publisher consent management policy, and Google AdSense required content. These documents do not replace disclosure of the actual settings selected by the Company.
9. Data subjects: rights and how to exercise them
You may exercise the following rights against the Company to the extent provided by applicable law.
- Confirmation of whether personal information is being processed, and access to it
- Correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion or destruction of personal information
- Suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, or objection where legally recognized
- Copies or portability of personal information and the right to lodge complaints, including with supervisory authorities, as provided by applicable local law
You can request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information by using the email or postal address in Section 13. IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. will review your request and respond within the periods and according to the procedures required by applicable law.
The Company may reasonably verify the requester's identity and ask an authorized representative for evidence of authority. Information needed for verification is used only to handle the request.
You can change or delete locale preferences stored in your browser using the locale menu or your browser's site-data settings.
Requests may be limited to the extent necessary to protect others' rights and freedoms, comply with statutory retention duties, maintain security, or address legal claims. The Company will explain the reason where possible.
10. Children's personal information
We do not offer registration, profiles, ranking submissions, or chat features intended to collect children's personal information. Inquiries are not a service directed at children, and we do not request information beyond what is needed to review and answer email inquiries.
Site connectivity and analytics tags do not automatically verify visitors' ages. Children's connection and visit information may therefore also be processed. We do not provide behavioral profiling or personalized advertising directed at children. Where consent is required to process children's personal information, applicable legal requirements, including consent from a legal guardian, must be met.
If the Company introduces a feature that processes personal information of children under 14 on the basis of consent, it will verify a legal guardian's consent under Korean law. Where another country's child-protection rules apply, it will also follow the age thresholds and procedures they require.
If the Company learns that it unintentionally collected a child's personal information, it will verify the matter and delete the information without delay unless there is a legal reason to retain it. Legal guardians may exercise rights through the contact details in Section 13.
11. Safeguards for personal information
The Company applies the following organizational and technical safeguards in proportion to processing risks and the scale of the service.
- Data minimization — Search terms and tool input are not sent to a server, and account or contact information unnecessary for current features is not required.
- Protection in transit — Site connections use HTTPS, and the Company manages transit-protection settings between the Cloudflare network and the origin server.
- Access control — Personnel, accounts, and permissions that can access personal information and logs are limited to the minimum needed for their work.
- Service security — The Company detects and responds to DDoS attacks, abnormal requests, vulnerabilities, and errors, and reviews security settings.
- Provider oversight — The Company reviews contractual limits on purposes, confidentiality, subprocessors, deletion and return, and incident notification.
- Retention limits and incident response — Information is deleted when its purpose ends, and incident-response and notification procedures are maintained.
No method of internet transmission or storage can eliminate all risk. The Company continually reviews legally required protection standards and reasonable security measures.
12. Email inquiries and changes to processing
Please send inquiries to the email address listed on the Contact page. IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. will review your message and reply by email. The site does not provide an inquiry submission feature. The table below explains how email inquiries are handled and what must be confirmed before changes to advertising, consent management, or the scope of existing analytics. Section 8 covers the traffic and performance analytics already in use.
| Feature | Information processed | Conditions and items to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Email inquiries | The sender's email address, any name shown in the email or provided by the sender, the inquiry and replies, and any attachments. Do not send personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. | Inquiries are received at the listed email address. IM Business Platform Co., Ltd. will review the message and reply by email. After an inquiry has been handled, its emails remain in the Company's mailbox and are deleted no later than three years after receipt. If retention is necessary to handle or substantiate a dispute relating to the inquiry or to meet a statutory retention duty, they are retained only for the period necessary for that purpose. The contents and status of inquiries are not published on the site. |
| Advertising, consent management, and changes to existing analytics | Visit, performance, and advertising events and choice status described in Section 8; excludes tool inputs and search terms | Confirm recipients, countries, retention, personalization, and consent, refusal and withdrawal methods before a new feature or change in analytics scope, and apply the required procedures |
Before sending information to Company servers or third parties, the feature screen and this policy will state the information processed, purpose, legal basis, extent of disclosure, recipients and countries, and retention period.
The Company uses the information in email inquiries to review and respond to them. The contents and status of inquiries are not published on the site. Do not send personal or confidential information beyond what is necessary for your inquiry. After an inquiry has been handled, its emails remain in the Company's mailbox and are deleted no later than three years after receipt. If retention is necessary to handle or substantiate a dispute relating to the inquiry or to meet a statutory retention duty, they are retained only for the period necessary for that purpose.
The Company will not apply new features retroactively to past usage records to create new personal information.
13. Privacy officer and contact information

Users outside Korea may have a right to lodge a complaint with the personal information protection supervisory authority in their place of residence or access.
This policy does not limit a data subject's right to seek relief through courts, supervisory authorities, or other lawful dispute-resolution procedures.
15. Changes, languages, and effective dates
- If laws, service providers, information categories, purposes, retention periods, or service features change, the Company will update this policy before the changes take effect and announce material changes and their effective date on the service.
- Changes that could materially disadvantage your rights will receive clearer advance notice in the manner and within the period required by applicable law, with consent obtained where necessary.
- Previous effective policies will be retained so that their versions and effective periods can be checked.
- The Company maintains the Korean and English policies to convey the same substantive meaning. If their interpretations differ, the Korean version governs to the extent permitted by Korean law, without reducing your rights under mandatory local laws that apply to you.
Supplementary provision — This Privacy Policy was first prepared on July 18, 2026. This revision takes effect on November 4, 2026.
This revision explains the review status of the installed AdSense code, the absence of ads before approval, advertising cookies and opt-out choices, the planned CMP after approval, and company details. It takes effect on November 4, 2026. Changes to actual processing when ads begin or a CMP is introduced will be reflected in a further notice. No new processing is applied retroactively to the original preparation date of July 18, 2026.
